These Terms govern use of our public website. By using the website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Paid services are governed by the separately accepted proposal, statement of work or service agreement.

Submitting an enquiry, discussing a brief or receiving an initial estimate does not by itself confirm a booking or create a service contract. Scope, fees, taxes, timelines, payment terms and other commitments must be agreed separately.

Website text, designs, photographs, films, graphics and other content are owned by Fotilo or used with permission from the relevant rights holders. Client names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

You may view the website and share links for lawful personal or business reference. You may not reproduce, republish, alter, sell or commercially exploit website content without permission from the relevant rights holder, except where applicable law permits it.

Showing work in our portfolio does not transfer ownership to website visitors. Ownership, licences, use of raw footage, project files, music, stock assets and final deliverables are governed by the applicable client agreement and third-party licences.

4. Portfolio, testimonials and examples

Portfolio work and testimonials illustrate particular engagements and experiences. Project outcomes depend on factors such as the brief, budget, approvals, audience, platform conditions and campaign execution. Examples do not guarantee the same results for another client.
